Chairman of the Board
Mr. Vikash Sorout
An Indian entrepreneur and global leader, Mr. Sorout is Chairman of the World Leaders Forum and Founder & CEO of VS International Limited (UK), DIGILIVE India and NNMG Dubai. He sets the Forum’s long-term vision and governance, and represents it at the highest levels of international dialogue, championing women’s leadership as a driver of global progress.

Tamanna Tanweer
Leads global programme strategy and international partnerships, with a background spanning economic development, entrepreneurship and cross-sector collaboration. She translates the Board’s vision into leadership academies, entrepreneurship funds and chapter partnerships on the ground.

Oversees operations, member engagement and the growth of regional chapters across the Forum’s global network, and deputises for the President at executive forums worldwide.
